Cancellation & Refund Policy

Corbett Tour Travel assists guests with travel-related information and coordination for safaris, stays and tour planning as per their enquiry. All safari permits, entry charges and zone allocations are managed by the Forest Department according to government rules and availability.

1. Safari Booking Cancellations

All safari bookings are made as per the rules and regulations of the Corbett Tiger Reserve and are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes:

  • Jeep Safari Package
  • Canter Safari Package
  • Customised/Tailor-Made Tour Package

Note: Safari bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. These are governed by the forest department, and we have no control over zone allocation or last-minute restrictions due to weather or administrative orders.

2. Accommodation & Package Cancellations

For resorts, hotels, and tour packages booked through Corbett Tour Travel, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 15 days or more before check-in: 25% of the total amount will be deducted
  • 8 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be deducted
  • 7 days or less before check-in: No refund (100% cancellation charge)

3. Refund Processing

If eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any convenience fees, transaction charges, or government taxes are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

Corbett Tour Travel is not liable for cancellations or delays due to natural calamities, forest closures, government regulations, or any unforeseen situations beyond our control. In such cases, partial refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on the service provider's policy.

5. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@corbetttourtravel.com
